Kids Lego Club

At The Renewal Initiative, we believe healing begins in safe, supportive spaces—and sometimes, that healing starts with play.

Kids LEGO Club is a trauma-informed program designed to help children ages 7–13 process the emotional impact of war and displacement through guided, creative play. Serving over 90 children, the program offers a consistent, safe environment where kids can rebuild a sense of stability, express their emotions, and connect with trusted mentors and peers.

Through structured LEGO activities, storytelling, and group building challenges, children explore themes of resilience, safety, and hope—all while having fun and forming healthy relationships.

Each session fosters:

Emotional expression through hands-on creativity

Social connection in a supportive peer setting

A sense of safety and structure for children recovering from trauma

To continue running this vital program each month, our goal is to raise $800 monthly to cover supplies, staff support, and safe spaces for these clubs to gather and grow.
